Account locked, no in-app support


Account locked (idk why?!), booked two hotels, not sure if they got their money… I am totally frustrated with the in-app support. I am now waiting for more than 20 hrs. No response so far. Not sure if it is worth booking with Revolut to save a couple of exchange fees, so much time wasted. Anybody else the same problem?
