Account locked, ID check stil processing for 1 day...

Hello,

I have my account for few months now, it was locked 1 months ago, today I am trying to unlock it but there is no way…

I completed the identity verification, it say it could take up to 10 minutes but I send it yesterday…

The support is not answering, I send 5 messages during the last 24h but no answers…

Does anyone is able to unlock my account please ?

I had a similar problem, what is probably happening is that your chat queries have been transferred to the compliance team, so the stanard chat support does not see them. It takes a couple of days for the compliance team to verify your details and documents, after which your account should be unlocked.

Writing more messages is useless as the standard in-app support currently can’t see them, you probably need to wait a bit more for an answer from the compliance team.
