Account locked, holidaying in spain

My account has been locked since Monday, I had verified cards registered but says "your account is currently blocked for security reasons, to keep your account safe, please complete the steps below. - there are no steps below.

I used the support on the app, that was buggy. The human support on the app haven’t answered for days.

Currently on holiday in spain and stuck without the card.
