Account Locked, Holding my money.

After I asked the support to cancel my premium membership, as I tried to take out my remaining balance out of the app, they locked out my account! Now they are basically holding my money hostage!

Of course, nobody has reached out to me!

Stay away from this company!

Something similar has happened to me, and the sad part is that my account is premium now and the 24/7 support is fake marketing, no one is answering to me since this morning when I’m having the issue. My money is blocked in to revolute account and I can’t transfer them. Great job revolute! “Failed transfer contact the support team” WHAT SUPPORT TEAM?

I hope that the money will not be gone forever…
