Account locked from making payment

Hi

My account has been locked when I tried to make a payment. It has now asked me to verify my account with the reference from my recent payment with my bank. There is no reference on the payment with my bank.

:r: top ups should look similar to Revolut*1234, where 1234 is the 4-digit code.

However, if you can’t find any, you can always contact :r: :wink:

Thanks for the help Juliopp, unfortunately the top-up doesn’t look like that on my bank statement. I guess i will contact them via facbook. Unsure as to why they locked the account.
