Account locked for security reasons in PH

Hi, I am currently in Philippines and my Revolut account has been locked “for security reasons” while trying to make a bank transfer. Support Chatbot Rita says it takes only 48 hours to be able to chat to a live agent, so I am trying here to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Looking forward to talk to a support person.

Did you fully verified your account before you came in Philippines?
I’m asking because I didn’t had any problem in PH so far, except runing to find HSBC to withdraw without the 250P fee

Yes, was using it in PH since 6 months without any issues.

Maybe you used it too much in PH :))

But dunno. I’m using my Transylvanian Bank cards abroad for two years. Used it in Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Lebanon, Iraq, UAE, Sri Lanka, Korea, Philippines, Qatar, Japan and didn’t had any problem so far…
