Account locked for security reasons - help ?

Hi, my account has been locked for security reasons.

A chat agent said that i will be redirected to the relevant team but I dont know when I will be contacted. I’m living in England and this is the only card that i can use without fees. Could you help me ?

I’ve already verify my cards that are use for top up, but account still locked.

Since there is some waiting time, you should be prepared to wait a while. Some user’s in similar situations reported it was solved in 4 to 7 hours. Also, weekend is coming up. Working hours might be different during weekend for this team.
