Account Locked for Security Reasons - Having provided 4-digit code

Hi there,

I have been told I am locked out of my account - it asked for a 4 digit verification code off of my bank statement which I have provided, but I am still locked out.

Can someone please look into this? @anon33247966 I’ve seen you’ve dealt with similar issues in the past - are you able to have a look at this?

Hi i have the exact same problem.

I am yet to give the 4 digit reference from my statement, it takes days for bank references to update. Is there any other way i can get this unlocked now ?

The exact same thing has happened to me right now! Extremely frustrating to say the least.

Hi, I m trying to do the second transaction using Revolut and it s telling me to provide those 4 digits as well. I cant see them on my statement, i ve even called the bank, they can see then either. It is really urgent to process the payment ASAP. could you please help ? @asvanevik
