Account locked - failing to verify

Hey there. I was locked out of my account yesterday morning and asked to provide the code from each bank deposit I made and also take a photograph of each bank card. Now I seem to be stuck with the support staff who are not providing clear instructions in the in-app chat box.

I tried to reinstall the app and once I’d logged in and given it permission to send and view sms, the Revolut code was automatically filled then the app crashed and it went back to saying my account is locked.

Please could someone provide me the next step as my account has been locked for over 24 hours now and I need access to the money I deposited.
