I signed up to premium today in order to be able to buy cryptocurrencies. After trying to top up my account using multiple funding sources (unverified) my account was locked. Tried to contact support but I got an automated message saying that support is extremely busy and will get a reply within 24 hours! Aren’t Revolut Premium users supposed to get “EXCLUSIVE 24/7 SUPPORT”?
