Account locked 2 days in a row!


I informed support both times before attempting to withdraw $2000 (which should possible on a premium card) and both times I’ve been locked out of my account…

The first time it took them 12 hours to unlock me and said it wouldn’t happen again!!

I need to buy a car today and it’s messsin my plans up big time :frowning_face:

I can’t unlock myself because I don’t have the 4 digits code on my statement yet, very frustrating.

Anyone can help/had similar issues?

Sometimes banks have access to those codes before they show up in the statement if you call them and are persistent.
