I recently made a USD payment from my GBP Revolut account. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons the account was blocked after the payment was made & i have no way of confirming of whether the payment had actually went through. Before i proceed to make the same payment using a different medium, could you pls check if it had been processed & advise what is required to unblock the account?
I’ve tried dropping messages on the support chatbox but there’s been no response.
