account is blocked for more than a day


My account was blocked for security reasons for more than a day and chat support does not respond.
I have verified my identity and confirmed card used for topup, basically did all that was suggested in FAQ but still nothing changed.

What can I do?


Same problem here.
I’m not entirely sure why it gave me the option of going into my bank account and confirming two different cards, if the app was still going to lock me out.
Annoying as it’s a family member who transferred money in just prior that was needed quickly. Now the credit card has had to take a hammering instead.


I havr same problem, have here all my momey and nobody speak whit me
