Account is blocked, and support not responding

My account has been blocked “for security reasons” for 2 days now, I have contacted Support several times with no response.
I am getting pretty frustrated with this app and the lack of customer service. I topped-up my account a few days ago and now have no access to that money?!?!? Please help me.

Have you tried to contact them via DM on Twitter?
