Account is blocked after a number of topups

Hello,

Tried today different bank cards for topup my account. Topups were succesfull but after the last one the app has blocked me. And no options to unlock. If I click for a support button a have the chat with bot, bu it doesnt have any options for locked account case.

Also wrote in a twitter to @RevolutAp

No feedback so far.

Please help me!

Why did you usyou multiple bank cards to top up your account? If you do that your account gets blocked for security measures.

I used this way because of default 250 EUR limit for each card. Now I understand that it should be better to increase the limit or use a wire SEPA transfer to topup. But today is Sunday so no banks transfer in the Europe.

I suggest you either use a Debit Card that is linked to your bank account (instant top up) or SEPA transfer (sometimes arrives the same day). That usually works for me.
