I want to cancel my account and get a refund done for the money I topped up. I am unable to verify my ID because severe disability means I can neither drive nor fly. I sent ID with the pass hologram on it and it was rejected. If that is the only ID’s Revolut will accept .they have technically disabled the service to hundreds of thousands of Europeans.
Either way getting hold of a live person to get the acct closed and my money refunded has proven impossible so far
