I have funded my account via bank transfer but was very dissatisfied with the service / functionality and the unprofessional customer service due to an issue that came up during the funding.
Consequently, I have requested to return my deposit (which I could still see in my account as initiate by the customer service rep), afterwards my account was closed upon my request.
That was on March 3rd, but I have yet to receive an incoming transfer on my account.
How long am I supposed to wait???
