My account has been suspended according to section 9.1. That is fine, but you have been holding my money that is in the account for the last 2 or 3 months. Why cant you return it yet? Everytime i go on live chat (which takes forever) I get told it will be done. Same message every time. I am getting really annoyed you are holdiing onto over £200 of my money. Is this a scam?

This is indeed very bad. I think they will turn out to be the company that will ruin the trust of people on fintech companies
