Account blocked


I tried to make a transfer today and my account has been blocked. I had two cards added. I did not get any information about card verification before making the transfer.
How did I make the transfer and received the information that money will be sent on 6 October and after that blocked the account, will the transfer be made?

I contacted technical support on facebook and tweets, but I did not receive as there is no response at all.
