Account Blocked yet again.


Hi Revolut Team

My Account has been blocked since last night. I don’t understand as to why as I have already passed verification at the initial setup phase. I’ve also carried out a transaction last week without issue as well as adding additional funds yesterday, with both cards attached to my account verified using the Revolut code on the statements.

My money is due for a transfer but can’t access this now as you have blocked my account. The In-App chat doesn’t appear to be working at all.

Unfortunately I have none of those! Hard as it is to believe in this day and age!


In my experience Twitter or Facebook comms get help far quicker than through the app.
