Account blocked surprisingly

Hi,

My account has been blocked for several hours now. I contacted the support through the app, they redirected me to a specific team but they have not answered me. Can you tell me how long will it take to unblock my account please? I have bills and rent to pay (it’s the beginning of the month) today

My account is blocked please unblock and return my money in GBP this is a very awful way of doing business but no thanks I don’t need this. Thanks
