Account blocked since one month / compliance problem

It’s been one month My account is blocked and I have so solution. I topped up with differents credits cards and with account I do not have anymore.
I unlock the app providing the code of my two last top up but my account is still block.
I have no solution with the support on twitter, neither on the app.
Waiting for a solution…since 1 month !!
