Account blocked - please help

Hello, I just set up a second top up bank account on Revolut, then I was asked to verify it which I did before being locked out of my account for security reasons and I’m unsure why. I then tried using the automated system to fix the issue but there was no response. Please can you see to this as soon as possible so I may access my account as normal again.
