Account Blocked, please help me!


Hello, my account has been blocked due to security reasons.
I tried to add a new card to my account, the app asked me the security code and I put the correct one after checking my other bank account.
Suddenly, my account has been blocked! I tried to contact you via the agents, but no answer.
I live abroad and this card is very useful for me and my parents.

Please help me to recover my account!

Hello, my account has been blocked. I had tried many times to contact the support team but they took so long time to reply my message and they sent me to the relevant team but at the end of the day I still did not get any response from them.
