Account blocked - no solution


Hi guys. I had my account blocked because o some mistakes with my/ my moms cards! They were virtual cards which now, I can’t have them back again because they’ve expired last year! I’m trying to solve this with the support but they continuous saying that I need those cards to prove my identification. Anyway, I can’t have them back so, can you help me in other way? If not, please cancel my account. 6 months waiting for the solution… and nothing.
