Account blocked need assistance asap please!

Hi there,

My account has been blocked and I was asked to verify the top up using the codes on my bank statement. I have done this and my card is still blocked - I need to contact support - which I have done within the app but am now told there is a 12 hour wait with no response so far???

Revolut is the card I use for travelling and in the passed 5 days I have been blocked from using it twice! I need to use my card as I leave Singapore within the next 24 hours and I have already incurred charges from my home bank due to Revolut not working 5 days ago. I pay a premium subscription to avoid charges whilst travelling and since being in Singapore this has been no use whatsoever.

Please help me resolve the problem.
