Going travelling tomorrow and i need my account to be unblocked. How do i get through to Support when nothing is responding in the chat! HELP
Hey Andy. Support are currently quite busy so it can take a couple of hours. Just to make sure to type “live agent” and give as much information about your issue as possible. This way the agent can help you right away when they get to you.
I am boarding a flight from Ireland to Australia in a few hours and i will be out of contact for 24hrs but will need my account when i land as i will also be limited to internet access while im travelling
In this case you can try twitter, they seem to be quick to respond there. Next time please use caution when travelling and always have a second credit card or debit card with you
