Account blocked - HELP !


I tried to make a bank transfer out of my account today, and got asked to perform an additional security check to confirm a 4-digit code on the reference for my last card top-up. I did this, the app confirmed it was OK, but then it said that my account was blocked for security reasons.

I now can’t get into the app at all, other than to create a Support Chat session with Rita. Sadly, Rita doesn’t seem to know much about account unblocking. Can someone advise how I can get this resolved please ? I need to make a payment ASAP.
