Account blocked for the third time

This is really starting to be kind of annoying.
My account just got blocked for the third time and there’s no live agent.

“Your account is currently blocked for security reasons”
That’s all that’s displayed in the app.
I made a transfer to my bank account yesterday, maybe that’s what triggered it?
