Account blocked for security reasons without deposit

I made an account and was verified within 10 minutes and when I went to login to deposit it said the account has been blocked for security reasons.
The support is unresponsive.
Has anyone had this problem as well?

My account is blocked more than 20 days now !!! I am sending messages, i use the app, i contact in facebook but nobody give me asn answer or resolve the promblem !!! I beleive that is rediculus for a bank service to not resolve the prombelms immediatetly ! Maybe the solution is to send a claim to Ministery in England and publish it in EU also. Its not only about the money that are blocked inside, its about how the company treat the clients ! Imagine that someone will be in another country and have to pay his hotel or his flight ticket to return home… Shame in the company at all !!!
