Account blocked for security reasons: no response from chat

Hi All,

I signed in to the Revolut App two days ago, uploaded my picture and photograph and following that I kept getting a message that my account has been blocked for security reasons.

I contacted the In-App support Rita and my case was escalated to a “live agent”. The “live agent” (Katarzyna) responded within a few hours but unfortunately she too was not able to help me and my case was escalated to the appropriate team.

Since then I’ve had no response from anyone from Revolut.

Has anyone else had similar problems and how long did it take to get resolved.

I am just thinking of uninstalling the App and cancel my account with Revolut as the start has not been good and reading through the community a lot of people are having similar problems with their money being locked due to security reasons.
