Account Blocked for over a week, no reply from Support


I completed verification and deposited 300 and 200 GBP and now my account has been blocked for about a week. When attempting to log in on the phone app is says to contact support.
Support have said ‘they’ll be in touch shortly’ - they haven’t.
How long will the account be blocked for and can any support admin on here take care of this?
