My account was blocked on Friday when I tried to add my ID for verification and activate my card. I then received several questions which I responded to straight away but no further updates were received from a support team. I need to access my money urgently today and there is no place to go to or number to call. I am worried if I ever will be able to access my funds. I am considering to raise this case with a regulator if no further update is received in the next 48 hours.
