I recently downloaded the app, set up the account accordingly to the App instruction, verifying my ID UK driving licensed, and bank card e.t.c. initial it said to wait 10 mintues for the verification. after 10 minutes my account got blocked.
The screen shows “your account is currently blocked for security reasons, please complete the steps below” but there’s nothing showing below to complete the steps to unblock the account?
tried contacting support but no replies.
Not sure why my account got blocked its been over three days and nothing has been done
