Account Blocked during bank transfer


My account is blocked, I have used my uk bank card and uk credit card to make payments and I got a notification about verifying my card which I have done but since then my account has been blocked and I’ve heard nothing


Ask in-app support. They are very helpful (even though it takes some time to catch them)
