Account blocked, can't move around app

I have deposited £1000 into my Revolut account. It asked me to verify my bank account via a verification code which I have done.
It then asked me verify identity. Nothing would load, and a message now says my account is blocked. I cannot do anything or move around the app, it is locked to the screen that says my account is blocked.
Can somebody please advise what I can do?
