Account blocked and waiting for a response

Had my card blocked this am. Ongoing problems. All I want to do is close the account and have the money sent back to my bank account. Surely can’t be that difficult. Not should it take all day for a live agent to reply?

I am waiting since yesterday. 2 agents came to reply and then said they’ll escalate and no response since.
