Account blocked and Support Not Answering

Hi Revolut Team,

I was required to verify my account by photographing a document and taking a selfie. It happens that it said that it would only take 10m to process the documents and, in fact, what happened is that my account is locked! I have contacted the support throughout the afternoon and no one has answered.
Please, unlock my account because it is REALLY urgent for me to order the card!!

Hi same problem Revolut,

I try to add a card today, I use the code that I got on my bank statement and now my account is blocked.

I already sent you a message on the app and did the same on twitter.
