Account blocked and nothing in bank statement

Hi,
My account was blocked yesterday and I can’t contact a agent through chat support. It was blocked because I can’t verify my card used for topup. The 4 digit code was wrong. Moreover when I went to see my bank statement, there wasn’t anything written about revolut transaction yet so I don’t understand what is the 4 digit code. That’s why I put wrong 4 digit code.

It works similar to how verifying a credit card works with Paypal. Once the payment (top-up) appears on your card’s statement, you should be able to see the digits in the text. (You can’t see the code before the transaction appears on your card account. Depending on your card, that might take a while.)
