Account blocked again

Hi all, I opened my account on Revolut in end of July. During beginning of August I received the card and the first time I used it online, the payment did not go through and my account has been blocked. After half day (contacting on all channel the support) Revolut unlocked it.
During August I used the card without any problem, but never online.
Today, I tried to do an online payment and the account has been blocked again, now (9pm IT time) nobody answers from the support center and I cannot do the payment.

Anyone affected by the same problem?
