Account blocked after receiving large sum and converting from $ to £


My account has been blocked after I converted the funds from $ to £.
Reading from the other posts with similar issues, I see this is a standard practice from Revolut.
My concern is how long these things can take to be resolved?
Support seems to be slow, but nonetheless, I see that they do respond.
If I can get an acknowledgement that my account is under investigation I would appreciate it.

How big was the sum so I know when to expect this happening to me…


I’m far away from my limit but have sent around 2.2k euro last week and planning to send another 1.5k in one payment to buy some plane tickets.


It was for $12,000 which converted to £8,400


were they near your limit? my limit is ~12k euro
