Account Block for Security Reasons (Terrible Customer Service - Still Waiting 30 Hours+)

My account is blocked for security reasons (apparently). I got a transfer in my account from UK (like previous transactions) and suddenly the account got blocked.

I have been trying to contact the customer service/chat support but without any response from them.

I need to use the amount urgently. Is there any one from Revolut customer service team who can look in to this? Really bad experience so far.
