Account Authorisation


My account has been stuck on reviewing documents for a few months now and won’t change. I upload my photo and documentation. I would like to use this card this weekend so I hope that this issue can be resolved. I have contacted the online help line but again nothing seems to be happening.
Any help with issue would be greatly received.

As you can see from this post this seems to be an ongoing issue right now, myself and others are “stuck” in verification, some people have been stuck for up to 9 days! @AndreasK is trying to keep on top of it from what i can see. But there is a short list of people waiting. Let us hope it is sorted before the weekend for us both!
