Accidentally subscribed how can I cancel it?

Hi, I’ve accidentally subscribed to premium when ordering a physical card. Can someone help me cancel this?

Hey @Magatame :slight_smile:

Just go to the More tab of the app, click Help, Chat with us and type live agent. Write down your desire to cancel your subscription and wait to receive a confirmation :wink:

Keep in mind that, in order to cancel your subscription free of charge, you must not use any of the benefits it provides.

Also make sure you cancel within the 14 days (but I guess that is the case here), otherwise you either cant cancel or have to pay a cancellation fee.
