I have been waiting for an answer from customer service for more than four weeks. Still no answer. It states that I would be contacted wirhin 96 hours (24h for limit). That’s bogus. Sent docs months ago and not even a feedback. Anyone know how to get a hold of the Revolut customer service?
Thank you. I just did. Let’s wait and see. Unfortunately, I have reached the 15k limit and cannot use Revolut any longer. That’s sad because I love the App. Also, it is very sad that they have such a great product but no customer service. How do they make money if one cannot raise the limit?
