A payment was made to me but no ref was inserted

A payment was made to my Revolut account but no Revolut reference number was added into the transaction and I see that after 4 working days there is no clearance of payment into my Revolut account. The payment was not small. I’m trying to contact Revolut live chat but they say it’s going to take several hours before someone gets back to me. Has someone experienced this before wth payments using no ref?

Don’t be afraid. They are able to sign this transfer manually. Just wait for contact and be prepared to show them documents e.g. Bank statement.

Well it’s difficult to even get in touch with anyone at Revolut to discuss it…
