7000e missing no response from Support

I’ve transferred a large sum of money into Revolut and it hasn’t arrived.
Today I’ve had zero response from support via the App (trying for the last 2 hours)
I also paid for a Premium account to get Premium support.
This is ridiculous. Is there a way to talk to an agent?

Maybe the bank you were sending money from blocked this transaction as suspicious? Sometimes it happen. At my begining with Revolut my local bank blocked transfers to revolut after £100. Had to ring my bank and ask to add Revolut to whitelist for future transactions.

I can see the transfer was sent on 12th. Please note, International transfers (from Poland, Switzerland and elsewhere) usually take up 3 working days.
