Hi there.

The 10th of July I tried an app "Toogoodtogo"
Cheap food to fight food waste.
My 3 purchases were declined.
It’s been 7 days that the transactions are still pending.

I wired money the 12th of July.
Appears as completed.
Well money never came to my account.

Any help ? As Rita can’t do anything and having a live agent ? I don’t gave a whole day to loose on a chat application.

It can take up to 14 days until the pending transactions are cleared. As for the wire transfer. From which country? What currency? Have you specified your reference number?

Pending transactions will clear within 10 days. If this does not happen please reach out to us.
