3.900 Euro not accessible due to source of funds check needed


I topped up my account this morning.

Now I ran into the situation that I need to hand in papers to get my account fully useable again (“source of funds” check needed)

No one there to talk to in the app chat, no email address I can write to, no phone numer to call available.

Could you please look into that quickly? I need my money urgently!

Same issue here, I topped-up and now money are blocked, no answer from the chat support.
