After my friend suggested to use Revolut due to its benefits, as an expat living in Greece I opened an account on Sunday and topped-up some money and registered as premium user to have higher limits. After asking a physical card a verification step has been done normally. Yet problem is never ending 24 hours waiting time and no one answers via help section! Very good customer support indeed for the very beginning. Any idea how to reach revolut?
Hmmm, as a premium user you should be first in a queue.
Have you tried “live agent”? If yes- please type “resolved” then"live agent"ones again.
